All of our pretzels, pretzel sticks and pretzel rolls weight about 4 oz each. Our pretzels, pretzel sticks and unsliced pretzel rolls are packed a dozen a bag, five dozen to a box. Or, you can get sixty packed loosely in a clear, food-grade, plastic bag placed in a box. Our sliced pretzel rolls only come seventy-two, loosely packed in a clear, food-grade, plastic bag placed in a box.

Recommended Shelf Life

We recommend using the pretzels, pretzel sticks and pretzel rolls the same day you purchase them. If for some reason you can't, they should be kept in a freezer to keep them as fresh as possible. If you have to freeze them, do so as soon as you can. It is recommended to keep them no longer than two weeks in the freezer and one day thawed. Thawing can be done a couple of different ways. One way is let the pretzels thaw naturally to room temperature, which will take approximately two hours, or heated by way of microwave oven, which will only take a couple seconds. You could use a conventional oven, which will take approximately a couple of minutes.
